Job Responsibilities:
To handle job loads for data input and to ensure all accounting entries are properly keyed in with team
Verify supplier billing / invoices
Prepare ageing analysis of Debtors/Creditor control
To communicate with overseas office for accounting settlement
To follow management and group direction for achieving KPI
Office administration jobs, filing and other tasks as assigned
Prepare monthly financial report to HQ
Cash flow, tax provision
Support in general human resources matters
Job Requirements:
Fast learning and work under pressure and meet dateline set is a must
Good personality and hard working attitude candidates. Maturity thinking is preferable.
Familiar to operate AUTOCOUNT
Knowledge of IFS is preferable
Working at international audit firm will be an advantage
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office. / AUTOCOUNT
Required language(s): - Must be fluent in Mandarin and English for communication
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Working days - 5.5days per week
