Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment by advertising, hiring, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates for the right position and cording with various local sources of recruitment consultants to get the best support for quality recruitment.
• Implement local, regional and corporate HR policies by formulating and planning the appropriate procedures to ensure that they will attract, develop and retain qualified staff.
• Responsible induction by organizing orientation program to ensure successful employments of new staff in having sufficient information to be able to carry out their duties to satisfaction. Take care of employee information in soft and hard copy.
• Process the payroll and coordinate employee birthday, relations activities by collaborating with accountant to ensure the activities are performed and conform to the employee and company requirements.
• Prepare and administer training and development by following up on staff appraisals, training budget and co-ordinating with both internal and external sources to ensure efficient development in the company.
• Coordinate labor issues and activities with all managers by maintaining a good atmosphere to ensure the company policy is in line with legal requirement and communication to all staff.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s HR function by active participation in HR networks, introducing group concepts in own unit, learning from HR colleagues’ experience and sharing own experience with colleagues.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management, Psychology / Philosophy (or any related fields)
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of working experience in HR preferably in a HR generalist role.
• Knowledge of local labor law and statutory requirements.
• Good communication skills and proficient in English.
• Highly motivated, independent and possess good interpersonal skills
