Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment by advertising, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
for vacant positions.
- Manage the new hire induction process by organizing orientation program and providing relevant information via employee handbook to ensure successful assimilation of new staff into the company.
- Manage employee records by creating and updating information in personnel file and HRMS whilst ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Process payroll and coordinate employee relation activities such as employee birthdays by collaborating with the company's accountant to ensure that these activities meet the needs of employees and comply with the company's existing policies.
- Participate in the annual market salary survey by providing accurate salary data to the external survey company.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 years of working experience in HR preferably in a HR generalist role.
- Knowledge of local labor law and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in the Khmer language is essential.
- College / University, Bachelor's degree
- Act on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.
- Understand the organization's informal rules and structures and utilizes political processes effectively to get things done.
- Adhere to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.
