Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth and use it as a supporting tool for implementation of company’s marketing & communications strategies, projects and brand/product Visibility and Availability
• To support Brand Manager in overseeing the department’s marketing communication & promotional operations, including brand promotions, event activations, outlet brand and product displays and so on
• Manage third parties on successful marketing activities, events to raise brand awareness and stakeholder engagement, while collaborate with department heads in preparing budget and monitoring expenses
• Strategic partnership with agencies as main partners, in order to make sure the goal set is achieved
• Manage all CMIC brand related activities, which involve external co-ordination with associated function (Brand relevant)
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Business Administration or Supply chain management
• 2 years of Marketing & Promotional organizing and management experiences, including in events management or execution skills; have experience working in the big multinational corporations is most preferred
• Have basic knowledge of Marketing techniques and principles, Branding, Communications and Event Activations
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
• Have strong sense of urgency and ensure that each task assigned is completed on time, if not, ahead of timeline
• Microsoft Office programs, and SAP
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good planning & organizing skill
