Job Responsibilities:
- Make cold calling target clients and have a face to face meeting
- Manage own time and schedule
- Setting up appointments and conducting property visits
- Attending all appointments set up and achieving high conversion of appointments to sales
- Have a n ability to convince clients and make business deal
- Create and maintain leads to achieve targets
- Build good relationship with clients
- Conduct CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)
- Able to develop strong product knowledge
- Identify client's need and offer the best solution
- Be a mediator between sellers and buyers
- Keep update real estate knowledge and market
- Other tasks as assigned by manager .
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Experience in general sales at least 12 months or in real estate industry is a plus
- Good in Khmer & English and Chinese is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong self-motivation and determination to succeed
- Willing to work inside and outside office
- Strong in problem solving
- Knowledge in Ms. Office(Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Honest, friendly, independent and flexible
- Can work under pressure
