Job Responsibilities:
+ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Achieving and exceeding agreed financial targets.
• You must have existing contacts to bring into the company to develop and manage.
• Increase Company's B2B market share in the mid to high-end hospitality sales market through cold-calling and cold-visits.
• Ability to think strategic.
• You will be responsible for specifying the company’s range of products and solutions with Architects, Designers, Builders, Owners and via FF&E Dealers and Contractors.
• You will develop new relationships direct with Local Authorities and Key Influencers to gain new projects.
• You must have experience in managing high-value projects.
• Responsible for the submission of tenders, and working closely with the design team in Singapore to prepare the tender.
• Attending exhibitions and events across Cambodia to promote the companies brand.
Job Requirements:
+ Sales Position Requirements:
• It is essential you have experience in furniture or fit out selling to the hospitality market.
• You must have a proven track record selling via Specifiers, Contractors as well as direct to Local Authorities and the Hospitality market.
• Must be comfortable in leading the customer through the process from initial brief to completion
• Understanding of tenders and experience managing projects between US$10,000 and above.
• Design led individual that is passionate about the interiors, design and hospitality industry.
• You must have a valid driving license as the role requires daily travel.
• Ability to use MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to identify solutions to problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer (Chinese a plus).
• Display and encourage a positive attitude.
