Job Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy Execution

• Accountable for the translation of commercial strategy into local CO commercial objectives, plans and activities that ensures delivery of CO targeted financial results in Premier / Premier Plus and Solutions portfolios whilst supporting future growth aspirations in the assigned CO geography.
• Accountable for the implementation, leadership and development of the CO organisational structure, aligned to One program blueprints.

2. Commercial Management

• Accountable for the leadership, implementation and compliance with approved
One commercial ‘ways of working’ blueprints, processes and all associated tools, to continuously develop all customer segments through maintaining /growing Existing business, securing New business, driving improvement of sales force efficiency and effectiveness, whilst upholding brand values.
• Accountable for commercial collaboration and liaison between Commercial
Offices and CSO’s within the area as well as worldwide, including acting as an escalation point for customer and commercial issues beyond the local CSO, to resolve issues and challenges in a professional and timely manner.

3. Performance Management

• Accountable for the delivery of CRM and ACTUAL ‘through the till’ CM1 budgets and targets at agreed levels for the geography, for all sales channels and customer segments.
• Accountable for effective management of all income and costs within purview, deploying corporately compliant pricing strategies to maximize margins whilst ensuring commercial responsiveness and competitiveness to customer opportunities and inquiries. The COM will act as the principal point of escalation for issues impacting commercial performance, including DOS(DSO?) interventions within the geography, and is responsible for ensuring corporate guidelines for values and ethical practices are adopted without exception.

4. Commercial Leadership & Talent Management

• Accountable for the ongoing leadership, direction, development and performance management of CO based (not hosted) commercial resources, with ensuing cascade and delivery of objectives, KPI’s and Metrics as agreed and targeted. Provide accommodation for hosted resources.
Job Requirements:
• 7-10 years in a Commercial Leadership role , ideally from within industry
• Proven track record of leading, managing and growing a sizable (similarly commensurate) commercial organisation, with flow thorough to result delivery
• Proven track record in a matrix, multi cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
• Demonstrable persuasiveness and influencing skills, strong communicator and presenter
• Track record of developing commercial talent and coaching skills
• Proven track record of personally developing and managing customers
• Numerate, financially astute
• Strong organisational and planning skills, can work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Well developed Negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and local language (where different)
