Job Responsibilities:
® Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sale goals and revenues
® Set individual sale targets with sales team
® Co-ordinate sales action plans for Individual salespeople
® Oversee the activities and performance of the sale team
® Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
® Monitor the achievement of sale objectives by the sales team
® Evaluate performance of sales staff
® Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
® Plan and direct sales team training
® Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
® Sale forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly
® Generate timely sales reports
® Develop pricing weekly and monthly basis
® Formulate sales policies and procedures
® Prepare budgets annually, quarterly basis
® Control expenses and monitor budgets
® Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
® Prioritize customer segment
® Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
® Develop promotional ideas and material
® Analyze credit term & credit limit for each customer before approval
® Demand planning, supply chain management
® Coordinate cooperation on sales plans with team
® Reporting to managing director weekly and monthly
® Other as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
@Bachelor Degree in Business and other equivalent degree.
® At least useful 5 years work experience in similar position.
® Experiences in sales and marketing or related field.
® Understand brand guideline and brand discipline.
® Good working knowledge of multimedia and experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines are essential
® Proven ability to think conceptually about projects and brands and to develop and evolve over time creative processes.
® Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
® Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Asian language will be an added advantage
® Good project management skill, presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill, and leadership and team Management skills.
® Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure.
® Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point.
