Job Responsibilities:
- Know your products range and complete solutions offered by SEARA.
Master the art of presenting your products & proposals via brochures, catalogues, emails, and
- Identify sales visits to be made, for what purpose and arranging their priorities with support from
management team.
- Explore and develop business opportunities/projects via internet, newspaper, BI from industry.
-Follow up very closely with projects and identify path of least resistance ensuring opportunity
- Proactively manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Positive and constructive team spirit: sharing success stories, quality matters, customer feedback,
encourage and motivate team members to reach better results as a team.
- Able to work under pressure in managing various important fast-paced projects.
- Provide realistic pipeline updates on a weekly basis.
- Display positive attitude, willing to learn and expand knowledge in the sales of fitness equipment
& sports construction solutions as well as personal development.
- Increase contacts and network to maximize opportunities in all market sectors.
- Follow up on available payment collections, communicating with Finance.
- Foundational understanding of, and ability to read structural schematics in AutoCAD is a plus.
- Engaging into customer entertainment activities during and outside of business environment.
Job Requirements:

- Love fitness & sports.
- BA/BS degree in Business Management and/or equivalent practical experience.
- Computer Literate: Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.
- Languages: Khmer & English, additional is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Experience in working with people of technical background in the construction industry.
- Background and knowledge of the construction & development industry of Cambodia.
- Possess persuasive & negotiation skills.
- High level of analytical capability.
- Problem solving minded.
- Strong communication skills across all levels in the company.
