Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing, sales and business development plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
and manage the department’s operating budgets
• Provide technical support and input to Sales, Marketing and Business Development Managers to develop sales, marketing and branding strategies,
procedures, publications, publicity materials, facility/infrastructure development researches and proposals for the projects
• Develop risk management plans for the department
• Provide mentoring, coaching and training to staff within the department to strengthen their capacity and improve their performance in their jobs
• Develop network and partnership with foreign and in-country real estate developers and investors in facility/infrastructure development schemes
• Closely liaise with projects and other departments to ensure the department is up to date on the projects uniqueness and progress, is fully resourced,
equipped with required skills and most advanced initiatives, technologies and quality products in real estate market
• Report on sales, marketing and business development activities to COO
• Ensure all activities carried out by the department are complied with all company policies and internal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the COO
Job Requirements:
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field; an

• MBA is preferred
• At least 5 Years work experience at management level in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in real estate sector
• Work experiences in large or international company at management level
• Strong knowledge of sales/marketing techniques in real estate sector, research and analysis
• Fluent in English both in oral and writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of working in multi-culture and background environment
• Strong leadership, Strong negotiation, influencing skills, and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of IT systems and CRM
• Ability to use MS. Office, Outlook, internet and other related applications
• Highly motivated, hard-working, strong commitment, willingness to work as member of a team, well-organized, flexible, open-minded, pleasant and creative
