Job Responsibilities:
I. Workplace :
- Working at the Head office of HIP Co., Ltd.
- Our operation from Monday – Saturday ( 7:30AM – 11:29AM & 1:00PM – 5:00PM )
- Break time ( 11:30AM – 12:59AM ).


II. Report :
- Report to Director General.


III. Scope of working :
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing, Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.


IV. Job Content :
- Create a Marketing Plan
- Analysis business process of sales team
- Can training marketing process to people under your manage
- Engage with supplier and production team to ensure proper service level agreement delivery.
- Implement marketing plans and strategy for the store and drive sales promotion initiatives, events for the store. This will include preparing promotional materials and displays for branding awareness.
- Prepare annual marketing budget and set for periodic target achievement with proper assessment tracking status and review.
- Maximize profitability by monitoring sales agendas.
- Responsible on sales team management in order to reach target.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Other tasks assigned by Director General.
Job Requirements:
V. Qualification & Job Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor degree of Sales and Marketing or related that field
- Specialty : Knew about products Electronic and furniture, Confidence, drive and enthusiasm and Good communication skills.
- Working experience : Background Marketing Supervisor/Manager from FMCG or Home Appliances at least 02 years up.
- Personal character : Good organizational skills, Knew about products Electronic and furniture, Confidence, drive and enthusiasm and Good communication skills, The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations, Ability to prioritize and multitask, Understanding of retail laws, security, and health and safety, Work independently and good working relationship with other depts.
