Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division. And provides leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop, implement and monitor on annual marketing plans. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on products and customer specifications
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Create and implement activities to help in achieving agreed sale target.
- Oversee and manage the customer relationship in meeting their expectation and ensuring their return.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
- Assist and recommend on Service development.
- Manages the research of domestic and foreign financial markets using both technical and fundamental
- analysis; provides clients with recommendations or solutions.
- Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
- Do other tasks assigned by boss.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/ Master Specialist in Sale & Marketing Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years as Sales & Marketing Management or equivalent experience.
- Computer applications (Ms and other analytical tools/software)
- Experience in enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Good at English is advantage.
- Being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
