Job Responsibilities: | |
- Office procedures and filing systems making copies; keeping files in order, scanning and mailing - Follow up with new hires upon date of hire to confirm proper completion of paperwork - Assist with preparation of new hire orientations - Post job announcement and shortlisted candidate - Assist with resolving problems or questions concerning employee requests - Experience working in a human resources environment - Use discretion at all times involving confidential employee data - Assist with other HR projects as assigned - Assist the school director with administration tasks |

Job Requirements: | |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - Two years of general administration experiences. - Computer literate Microsoft Office - Good in English both speaking and writing - Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities. - Honest and willing to work hard and flexible time - Ability to maintain confidentiality |
