Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Admin Staff in the company
- Develop effective and efficient HR/Admin workflow for the smooth running of the company by getting support from Mega Asset Management HR Division;
- Prepare sales contract and file accordingly;
- Solving problems relating to HR/Admin;
- Help set KPIs of all staff in the company by getting support from Mega Asset Management HR Division
- Help train HR/Admin staff in the company relating to HR/Admin work;
- Help manage petty cash and make accurate record;
- Carry out other admin related work;
- Other tasks assigned by the sales manager
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 year work experience in HR/Admin or other related fields;
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related field;
- Dynamic, highly committed and able to work under pressure;
- Fair in English and Chinese is a plus;
- Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills;
- Computer skills, including Ms. Word, Outlook and Excel; Advanced Excel is a plus;
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
- Be honest and able to work with sales team;
- Knowledgeable HR policy;
