Job Responsibilities:
 Interact with visitors (Foreigner), external clients and multiple departments
 Screen and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence for all departments
 Manage the meeting room schedule and maintain multiple executive calendars
 Process disbursement voucher for different expenses
 Take charge of additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
