Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor operation to ensure maximum guest satisfaction are delivered through personal recognition and prompt cordial guest attention from arrival through
departure
- Act as liaison between other departments to ensure guest requirements are delivered
- Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a prompt solution
- Enhance the ultimate service culture among front office team and other relevant department to ensure there is no average or negative reviews on TripAdvisor or
other online review sources
- Provide regular coaching and training toward team member to ensure the minimum service quality and standards are delivered
- Assist Guest Experience Manager to develop and execute SOP
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Communication or other related fields
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Front Office department
- Possessing strong commitment, approachable, discipline, self-motivate, confident, result-oriented manners and the ability to work under pressure
- Possess Customer Service Excellence skills
- Ability to understand the cultural differences of guests from different nationalities
- Good command of spoken and written English, and demonstrate good communication skill
- Strong team work and problem solving skills
- Male or Female (female talents are encouraged to apply)
