Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole recruitment and selection process from A to Z and develop recruitment policy and strategy
- Implement and revise HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and prepare HR planning budget & HR planning and forecasting activities
- Implement and oversee Human Resource Information System
- Implement a competitive compensation and benefit program including building salary structure, building job grade and advice on compensation & benefit system
- Implement employee retention scheme
- Oversee and manage performance management system that drives high performance
- Implement an effective training program including training needs assessment and monitoring training programs
- Provide employee services and counseling, and handle any complaints
- Manage Employee Satisfaction Survey & Evaluation of middle management & top management and HR recommendation strategy for addressing employee concerns
- Manage and implement mentoring program, succession planning
- Manage the separation process including exit interview and final settlement
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements:
- Advanced Human Resources Management Degree or equivalent in related field
- At least 5 years working experience in HRM with a large company, preferably a consulting firm or service company
- Excellent in English and fluent in Khmer. Good knowledge in French is an asset
- Good computer and communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of legal and business environment is an advantage
- Possess the following qualities:

Good analytical and critical thinking skills and use of logic to address work-related issues and problems
Good leadership skill and persuasive skill
