Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth running operation of Sale & Marketing Department,
- Maximize the total revenue / income from time to time by promoting and up selling products
- Build up a good sale team as company’s demanded
- Manage the sale teams with effective project and plan
- Build up good relationship with all customers
- Build up very strong network account and business market opportunity
- Supervise staff to provide quality and efficient service to all guests.
- Handle guest complaints, guest enquirer and to follow up with them. Make sure that corrective action is carried out immediately.
- Attend Management Meetings and all scheduled meetings.
- Give staff instruction and guidance on a regular basis.
- Ensure all guests receive the best and fastest service with up-to-date information.
- Reports any potential markets or business opportunity to CEO
- All Sales Calls must be pre-planned and scheduled. A weekly itinerary must therefore be submitted every Monday to the General Manager
- Sales Calls may be conducted by sale executive or sale & marketing manager
- To prospect a new client
- To present the product to a new client
- To present product updates to an existing client
- To re-qualify an existing client
- To actively solicit business or additional business
- To do follow up and to gain client commitment
- To gather data for an expected event
- Ensure close co-ordination with all other departments of the company.
- Maintain a close relationship with all Sections and Department Head to ensure smooth operation.
- Familiar with all emergency procedure regarding fire, accident, medical emergency, etc.
- Improve on guest service standards build up more relationship
- Ensure staffs attend to residents’ request immediately.
- Ensure all staff carries out the company’s rule and regulations, policies and procedures.
- Always refer to the General Manager when in doubt.
- Communicates effectively with guests, clients, government officials and other important individuals to ensure satisfaction in service and product.
- The company’s business plan will be initiated and accomplished by the Director of Sales & Marketing following the scheduled due date.
- It must reflect the inputs of the Sales and Marketing Team based on their Personal Business Plan.
- The company’s business plan will be submitted first to the CEO and President.
- The Personal Business Plan will be initiated and accomplished by each Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Executive as below :
- Market Analysis
- New Client Opportunities
- Personal Targets for Account Acquisition
- Action Plan
- The report will be hand over to CEO every Saturday by below report:
- Weekly new clients opportunities report
- Business opportunities report
- Weekly & Monthly forecast report
- Staff assignment report
- Marketing plan report
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 year experience in similar position.
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing.
- Knowledge in a second language. Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Competent in English, MS Office and Internet functions.
- Possess good relationships with tour agencies.
- Guest relations training and experience is an advantage.
