Job Responsibilities:
- Perform excellent customer service and demonstrate safety measure
- Manage people, store operations, and environment to service, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals
- Attend to customer complaints and ensure they are tactfully handled
- Maintain store staff job results by leading, coaching, training, motivating, counseling and disciplining employees; also monitoring job results and providing advice for
staff performance improvement
- Responsible for staff working schedule, handle and maintain staff discipline
- Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese manager
Job Requirements:
- Specialize in customer service with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and managerial skills
- Confident, dynamic, proactive, sales-oriented, motivated by committed work attitude
- Commit to working on shift, weekends, and Public Holidays as needed
- Be able to speak Japanese
