Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures the system (salesforce’s system) and its transaction are processed and implemented well,
- Fix the technical / system’s issue on time with Regional support team, to ensure that there is not pending the sales force’s activities plan
- Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
- Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Training to clients, with new system and feature exploration
- Lead and ensure the master data and per Rep’s data in system is cleaned and updated
- Update the new accounts into system
- Work with Sales management people to review the master data every cycle
- Gap analysis support between covered account and universe if needed
- Lead the CRM and Database of the company
*Drive sales operations supporting processes and Managing Activity Planning: ensure they are aligned with organizational priorities, being done in an objective manner and are regularly reviewed to foster constant improvement. Processes include but are not exhaustive of:
- Sales team’s Activity Management – setting ambitious but realistic targets, using a consistent approach, striving for growth, allocating targets fairly, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Targets should be timely and properly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Target Communication – communicating the target to sales force on-time, in-line with Guideline and Agreement
- Activity objectives and CRM configuration – Lead development of activity objectives and CRM framework to maximize impactful promotional pressure and instill best-in-class culture of field work.
- Ensures optimal customer interactions planning (contacts per day, per channel, frequency of interaction, coverage)
- Ensures optimal field and out of field plan for customer facing role (trainings, meetings, events, travel, etc.)
- Incorporates non-detailing activities into the overall activity plan of the customer facing role
- Randomly review the sales force planning, to ensure that the Rep’s activities are set in MI system and track the report submit to Manager / BU.
*Sales Reporting Analysis
- Builds efficient performance management framework governance and process
- Ensures analytical support of performance management and insights generation
- Insightful analysis on sales analytic report, use data for practical life’s recommendation
- Contributes to the actions generation and implementation follow-up
- Build the concrete coaching plan and formulize in simple actions
- Manage and lead the sales reporting to relevant departments (eg; Sales Tracker, Dashboard …)
- Sales System Management: SISO & BAS and Customer Relationship Management: MI & SFKPI Dashboard
- Innovation to support changes
- Act as a self-starter to develop the sales dashboard and/or work with agency to meet business’s requirements
- Support SFE analyst on sales operation process and key strategic projects

- Bachelor’s qualifications are essential, preferably Business Management, MS, Economic or relevant

*Desirable Languages :
- English and Khmer proficiency is preferred
