Job Responsibilities:
- To be Strategic partner by working with line managers to institute and manage a process that creates an organization to meet the business requirement
- Acting as a single point of contact for internal clients and keeps track of all requests and open items on the agenda and advisory roles to business unit related to HR
- Help to set the goals and objectives of Human Resources to reflect the real needs of the company
- Initiate and drive the HR agenda for specific business division to support operation
- Work closely with HR back office to manage all aspects of HR Service to support assigned business division, including talent acquisition, Training, Compensation and employee relation
- Work with potential partnership, and community, school for future recruitment channel
- In charge of facilitating performance management review for assigned business and ensure that staffs have performance objective
- Succession and talent planning project or talent spotting
- Employee engagement survey implementation & follow up/build an engaged workforce
- Work closely with HR back office to initiated the HR agenda, such career path, IDP and so on
- Initiate the HR strategy to maintain or add value to core competency of company
- Translate organizational commercial objective into HR initiatives
- leads HR processes for the internal clients as all employees are hired, performance management is smoothly running, succession plans developed and the top talents are identified
- Responsible for employee relation, internal conflict and grievance
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Help build company image in community, with customers and with other candidates through CSR program and external PR
- Possesses a thorough understanding of all HR function
- Be the Mentor and/or independence advisor toward division and employee
- HRBP represents HR at the internal clients, works with them, sells solutions of HR and brings requirements b
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or similar.
- Around 8 years of human resource management experience, with at least 5 years of experiences in HRBP Roles.
- Extensive knowledge of HR process, HRIS, patroll, TNA, Cambodia labor law, policy and implementation.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem solving skills, as well as business acumen.
- Excellent command and communications in spoken and written English.
