Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the logistics for the imported SKUs to meet the market demand and optimise the finished goods stock holding
- Manage and coordinate the logistics for the local SKUs to meet the market demand and optimise the finished goods stock holding
- Manage and coordinate the logistics for the replenishment of all SKUs of WMs to meet the production needs and optimise the finished goods stock holding
- Optimise utilisation of manufacturing resources together with Manufacturing Manager to satisfy the demand through implement proper capacity planning & control, master scheduling and production planning & control
- Facilitate Supply Planning Process within S&OP; Process
- Optimise Inventory Holding
- Maintain monthly SRM Indicators (explanation on any variance, root cause analysis as well as corrective and preventive action)
- Make sure the administration and control stock system is running properly with almost perfect on inventory record accuracy.
- Manage and Facilitate the Supply Meeting Review within the Sale & Operations Process
- Manage and coordinate Master Schedule for Operations (PMD & SMD) for all the local manufactured SKUs as to meet the market demand and optimise the finished goods stock level holding.
- Manage and coordinate Master Schedule imported SKUs for all the imported SKUs as to meet the market demand and optimise the finished goods stock level holding
- Manage and coordinate the replenishment plan for the WMs to meet local production needs and optimise the finished goods stock level holding
- To manage Master Scheduling and schedule adherence
- Manage primary and secondary warehouses with EHS compliance and FIFO compliance
- Manage high tech warehouse system
Job Requirements:
- University Degree with minimum 4 year experiences across Operations
- Has a good knowledge on planning & control process
- Has a good understanding on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
- Has a good understanding on the manufacturing process
- Has a good understanding on purchasing process
- Has a good knowledge on inventory management
- Has a good knowledge on warehouse management
- Understand the cost to serve and customer services
- Has a good knowledge on logistics management
- Has a good knowledge of using common software in Computer such as Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Access, etc
- Has a good knowledge on basic logic and basic mathematic
