The Architect Design & Engineering is responsible for: Running of design stage of a project. Candidate will be required to carry out initial stage of checks on drawings submitted by external parties & produce drawings to support ongoing projects. In addition, will help ensure that company operating and cost efficiencies are obtained, quality and safety standards are achieved, and customer delivery deadlines are met. Architect is accountable for the following:- • Perform drafting works for the project team • Perform design works under direction • Other duties and responsibilities within candidate’s capabilities. • Work directly with engineering staff, sales staff and customers to produce drawings from sketches, existing drawings, along with written and verbal descriptions. • Work closely with all departments in the organization to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free. • Utilizes drafting resources to create new tools to more efficiently carry out tasks. • Go for site inspections together with architects and/or DM. • Performs additional related duties as requested or required.

• -Degree in Architecture or site architect -At least 2-3 years relevant working experience -Strong Management skill & Creative -Demonstrated verbal communicate and relationship building skill that will support effective communication with subcontractor /clients. -Good command of Ms. Project, Ms. Excel, AutoCad, Sketchup, and 3Dmax -Good command in written and spoken English. -Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline -Highly organize, initiative, and flexibility and ability of excellence problem-solving • -BA/MBA Degree a MUST in Architecture or Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science from an internationally recognized university. - At least 2 years’ experience - Experience in drawing up detailed design for site works and the coordination with building workers - Strong Project Management skill & Creative - Hard working, mature, pro-active, result-oriented, honest and good interpersonal skill - Must be able to lead a team on projects. - Highly organized, flexible and initiative - Very good command of written and spoken English and Khmer - Able to travel to province for work at site - Creativity and ideas provider is a MUST • At least 2 years’ experience as Architecture in the Construction industry. - Background in working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. - Requirements Analysis, Planning, and Database Management. - Presenting Technical Information, Problem Solving, Data Modeling, Strategic Planning and Data Maintenance. - Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge. - Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. - Good command of English
