Branch Supervisor Duties - Responsible for managing a Branch. Managing all branch’s activities, and assists customers and staff during business hours. - Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working in the Branch. - Ensure pricing is correct and display on all products. - Ensure Branch is clean and ready to be displayed. - Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers. - Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock. - Ensure standards for quality, and customer service are met. - Monitor local competitor’s price and promotion. - Assign weekly staff meetings. - Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues. Stock Controller Duties - Daily stock controlling –Stock in and Stock out - Daily update stock inventories and report to Management - Inventories stock report to Management everyday - Weekly and monthly report to head office - Keeping record and maintaining cycle counts of entire inventories in stock - Receiving and verifying the inventory code with exact name and quantity - Report lost, damage and any broken to supervising authority - Maintaining all proper documents processed for the receipt of goods and supplier - Manage all inventories in stock - Other tasks assigned by directly supervisor

Branch Supervisor Requirements - Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related fields. - Have experience at least one year of supervisor level or as sales supervisor - Good in communication skill and interpersonal skill - Customer service oriented - English literacy (Chinese literacy is advantage) - Must have PC skills - Be able to work under pressure, flexible and honest. - Be proactive, able to take initiative - Honest, good working attitude and teamwork oriented - Able to work from 7:30am to 7:00pm Stock Controller Requirements - Minimum of 1 years experience with stock controller - Hard working person, honesty - Be able to speak write English - Able to work overtime - Be self-confident, self-motivated - Good computer skills, Microsoft offices (Word, Excel) - Be self-confident, self-motivated
