*Senior Manager, Bancassurance Sales (01 Position Based in Phnom Penh) Key Responsibilities: - Provide necessary training, coaching and supervision to the Bancassurance sales team to ensure success and delivery of business objectives - Support business partners to identify business opportunities that are mutually beneficial - Build new relationship and strengthen existing client and business partner relationship - Oversee and organize team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and productivity of team members - Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members - Perform other tasks as required
