- Develop and update HR policies and procedures - Monitor and identify legal requirements relating to human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. - Deal with relevant ministry or relevant associations for reporting requirement, audit or inspection - Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs, prepare and delivers presentations to top management on regular basis - Monitor labor market trends, analyzes wage and salary to determine competitive compensation, conduct survey, if needed. - Coordinate with and advise department managers about HR policy and procedure and staff matters, i.e., salary, leave, training, performance appraisal - Work with other department to prepare headcount planning and prepare budget of HR departments - Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions - Conducts new employee orientation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind the resignation - Administers benefits programs and maintain staff records, i.e., profile, promotions, transfer, performance appraisal, termination, etc. - Administers performance review program and salary adjustment to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the Company - Represents the Company at personnel-related hearings and investigations, if any

- Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Business Administration or HR related fields - 5 years supervisory experiences in HR administration - Good knowledge of MS application, Email and HR system - Good knowledge of Cambodian labor law - Excellence communication skill in written and spoken English and Khmer - Self-motivated, proactive and possess good people and problem-solving skills
