Support staff in assigned project based work including below - Develop procedures for contacting and qualifying leads - Develop procedures for updating prospect information - Develop procedures for competitive research and analysis - Researching and doing purchasing order of target advertising in all medias - Correspondence to the prospective clients - Develop procedures for Email and internet Marketing services for clients - Preparation of sales proposal from information gathered in fact finder - Develop and/or recommend of pricing structures and payment options in the whole department Supervisory Responsibilities - Manages the leasing team - Being responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this dept. - Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. - Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. - On time completion of robust market and competitive analysis assessments which may include the managing of input provided by subordinators. - Effective sharing of knowledge with the team. - Other duties assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS - Male or Female minimum 25 years old - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economic, and related field. - Good English plus Chinese or Japanese both in verbal and writing - At least 3-year experience in Sales/Leasing & Marketing in profit organization (Real estate service). - Computer skill (Microsoft office, Marketing material design). - Strong negotiation and problem solving. - Good communication, interpersonal and public relationship skills
