- Doing the routine job of HR task, attendant and leave record, recruitment, making employee contact and follow up. - Design job announcements for hiring any kind of position for to meet company need. - Maintain employee profile; keep update staff contact and information, and updating for changing employee information. - Schedule for staff attendance and prepare monthly attendance for payroll. - Responsible and Follow Up for Staff Insurance and NSSF - Keep and maintain relationship with other ministries in term patent and other legal compliance - prepare employment contract agreement (check the expiration of the contract and renew the contract) - Maintain employee confidence and protect operation by keeping human resource information confidential - Assist HR Manager to develop HR policies. - Other tasks assigned by management

- Bachelor Degree in HR management or related field. - At least one years experience in HR management or related field. - Good computer skills include Ms. Office and Photoshop. - Demonstrated ability to work on multiple activities. - Good spoken and written Khmer and English skills. - Good team player, good communication and follow the work instruction.
