** Main duties included: • Analyze order report and production factor to complete quantitative analysis • Evaluate situation and process logistics plan to Logistics manager • Gather and develop logistics database and system • Use statistical tools for analysis • Monitor and provide advice on logistics system (product and raw material) • Agree with Operation, Plant and S&OP; on dispatching and outbound logistics • Cross functional coordinator • Study feasibility of the new project initiatives • Recommend and implement the best practices which based on industry expertise • Recommend and implement the efficient Logistics process such as transportation mode, truck type and specification

** Qualifications: • To be successful, you will have a minimum of 3-year experience in logistics management of which 2 years at managerial level gained from sizable organizations • Master and Bachelor Association business, engineer relate field • Degree holder in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines. • Experience in international logistics management with Asian exposure will be an advantage • Familiar with SAP ERP system is highly desired but not mandatory • Experience in fleet management is highly desired. • Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule • Highly effective, dynamic, and result-oriented with strong sense of responsibility • Excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills with detailed mind • Self-motivated, proactive with good communications and people management skills • Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft office application * Company Benefits: We offer very attractive competitive remuneration and fringe benefits including, accommodation or housing allowance (for job base in Kampot), meal allowance, 13th month salary, performance bonus, insurance (GPA, H&S and Life Insurance), Outpatient medical claim, pension fund, and a lot of other benefits.
