Main duties included: - Continuous performance tracking - Manage team to solve GAP - Review dispatching process compare with standard document - Manage team to align document together - Review audit to maintain standard - Control using budget - Agree with Operation, Plant and S&OP; on dispatching and outbound logistics - Review dispatching polices - Create dispatching control action plan align with department policies - Implement and control per planed - Review training need of employee in truck, railway and material handling staff - Perform the environmental aspect
