- Greet and welcome guests warmly and efficiently - Report regularly to captain/supervisor with regard to daily operation - Follow up the food running and ordering - Serve the foods and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner - Present the menu and take the orders - Present the bill to guests - Prepare and check the setting-up, clearance, facility arrangement, flower, decoration and plate presentation. - Arrange service utensil placement, napkin folding, linen collection & ironing - Follow up the pre/post service delivery - Follow up the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area - Perform other duties as assigned

- Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress - Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers - Problem solving and decision making skills - Service orientation and excellent organizational skills - Hands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system - Active listening and effective communication competencies - Good physical condition - High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus
