** Quality control of raw materials - Generally inspect the materials receiving process according to a given procedure - Audit the materials receiving reports - Summary data on materials and products and submit the report to a superior - Follow the expense reduction policy in kitchen - Inspect and follow the report of raw materials loss - Daily preparation before being on duty - Inspect materials quality in the stock following the procedure - Check ingredients, kitchen tools and utensils to be ready-to-use state - Prepare soup, spicy sauce and seasoning sauce following the recipe at the right proportion - Inspect the taste of materials according following the standard - Inspect the method of inventory and labeling on materials following the procedure 2.6 Check the accuracy of materials quantity by weighting with scale according to the procedure - Make a dish from order lists - Be able to cook every single Hot Kitchen menu - Inspect the dish decoration before hand over to a checker - Train and give advice to subordinates about cooking recipe and garnish - Behave and perform the work following company rules and regulations strictly - Follow the use of chemicals and pest control policies strictly - Corporate and follow an order from a superior - Any assigned work from a superior

- Education of Grade 9 or above - 5 years experience or in job-related experienced - Good English communication both writing and specking - Able to use computer literate (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel,Internet & E-mail) -Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility. - Knowledge of inspecting raw materials quality to meet company standard - Knowledge of raw materials preparing method according to Food Safety standard and protocol
