- Working with HRM and other Managers to carry out HR employment function such as Recruitment, Selection and Hiring etc. - Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources - Networks with local organizations to source candidates for current or future openings - Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection process. - Disseminate and educate staff on all HR policies and staff benefit entitlement , - Prepare, coordinate and conduct relevant recruitment as required by HRM, - Assist HR Manager in many other jobs for supporting the company’s business goals, - Prepare HR Reports as required by HRM

- Bachelor in the field of HR management or related field - Preferably over 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR Job - At least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment Process. - Well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadline - Good negotiation skills all kind of issues - Strong interpersonal skills and morality - Good knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law - Honest, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility - Willing to work in team - Computer literacy ( Microsoft Office, Internet and Email)
