- Fabric and accessories following up in garment factory; sample developing, bulk production and delivery follow up; - Communication with clients about all orders, order following up and details and quality control; - Trims purchase during order production; - Communication with Merchandisers and QC from client companies; organize client and QC people visiting and product inspection in the factory; - All production and shipping documents( production, shipping, stock rest and payment collect) to be followed; - Related factory compliance cases following up; - Finish the  other  merchandising work assigned by factory manager.

** Skills and expertise: - Knowledge on process of foreign trade on both import & export; - Knowledge on garment technologies woven , good knowledge on factory production, sub factory cooperation of printing/ embroidery/washing finish; - Competence and experience on computer as well as Microsoft office and internet; - Work place is National Road 8, Kandal province;  Khmer ID preferred; - Good English and Chinese both in oral and written;  - Good salary, USD 1,000.00 up + USD 200.00 transportation subsidy.
