Arrange tours for customers; manage tour correspondence communication via telephone, website, email and in person when necessary. Greet visitors at the center and inform them of tour options. Book service providers as needed. Liaise with local tour operators. . Coordinate guides with booked tours well in advance. Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports Work with guides to prepare equipment necessary for tours. Receive payments; prepare and close cash advances for tours. Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Director to better promote SVC trips to the tourist market in Cambodia. Oversee the preparation and sale of tourism-related products. Together with Guide Training Manager, coordinate the guide allocation and clients’ needs at various situations.
