Purpose of the position Reporting to Manager South East Asia Apparel, you are the major interface between BU, Vendor and QA team. The role will take responsibility for Sourcing, Merchandising, Coordinating QC processes, handling all negotiation with vendors in case of PO exceptions, and following up with BU and vendor for all confirmed and potential orders.This position will require close collaboration with BUs, vendors and Operation team. Major responsibilities - Manage all order related issues from order placement until the goods has been shipped. - Prepare and analyze all KPI’s (Production Lead time, Implemented Saving, Dye batch approval, Weekly report, Delivery on time and if there is any more that will be assigned) - Follow up and checking the WIP from vendor. Negotiating with vendor if there are delays or issues in production that will affect garment EFD. Ensure vendor ship on time. - Regular presence to the factory at least once a month. - Checking of TOP samples and requested sample before sending to BU - Attend PP meeting if possible and following up PP meeting report ensuring sample call out has been highlighted - Vendor score card to vendor every quarter (4x/year) and 2x presentation per year. - Coordinating with Compliance team and following up CAP to vendor. - Arrange QC inspection schedule if necessary by coordinating with QA Team in BD. Arranging the QC files for QC Inspectors including the approved samples and test results. - Getting the inspection report from vendor and send to BU for those self-inspection suppliers while maintaining the files for record. - Maintain/update QC Database / system (GIP system). Includes vendor and factory set up (for new suppliers) input packing info, creating item link, PO exceptions, changes on delivery date & qty (RFC) and processing Loading report (LR). Follow up shipping documents to vendor for LR making. - Handle and manage shipments, covering (Ocean, Air and FedEx/TNT) shipments. - Sourcing of new factories - Need to do inspection at factory occasionally

1. Cambodian Nationality 2. Bachelor or above, related major of working experiences 3. 5+ years Garment experience is a MUST 4. QC experience is a plus 5. Prefer Sourcing & Negotiation experiences
