- To work with the Spa trainer to ensure the smooth running of KESOR SPA - To comply with KESOR SPArules and regulations contained in the company handbook - To comply with timekeeping and attendance policies - To maintain a high level of product knowledge which will enhance the clients experience - To demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations - To understand and anticipate clients needs - To ensure all security incidents and reported appropriately - To understand the theory of each treatments and procedures and have a comprehensive knowledge of the product brands - Ability to make and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings - Enthusiastic and highly professional with a pleasant manner towards clients and colleagues. - Attend training activities when required by spa trainer or spa manager

- Good at interpersonal skill - Be able to communicate in English well - Experience in 5 stars spa property at least 2 years - Graduate secondary or high school qualification - Strong in team building spirit and time management skills to ensure the smooth running of KESOR SPA - Ability to work well both as a team member and individually to meet daily priorities.
