- To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner. - To participate in staff meetings, training, product knowledge classes and team efforts. - To maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked and safe working environment. - To assist the Spa Department, as needed, to maintain a productive and cohesive environment. - To follow all specified procedures to document massage services, including set reservations; signing in guests; and filling out massage paperwork. - To provide information and suggestions to inquiring guests. - To follow all policies and procedures of KESOR SPA - To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times.

- Good at interpersonal skill - Understand basic of English - Experience in any high or lower spa property at least 2 years - Graduate secondary school is preferable - Understand anatomy and muscle group well
