• Creating the SOP/Policies, process and procedure to get them approved for daily implementation at plant site. • Daily follow up and check the flow of working and getting feedback from practical things then make somethings changed as necessary. • Coordinating with HR, Training Manager to set up the training sessions and getting plant personnel involved with the capacity building opportunity. • Discuss issues, exchange ideas with supervisors to control the risk management to ensure zero hazard at workplace

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management and Environmental Engineering or in a related field or the equivalent experience. • At least 5-7 years of experience in the OHS&E field managing and implementing programs and industrial hygiene is a plus; • Safety certifications (CSP, CIH, CMSP, etc.) a plus • Effective written and oral communicator in English with all levels of the organization; • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills. • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; • Team-orientated approach, with ability to work independently as a self-starter; • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making ability through performance, assessment and interview process is required; • Ability to develop relationships and influence through strong customer orientation; • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with good time management and organizational skills; • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours; • Microsoft Office programs • Good in both written and spoken English • Self-initiative, people oriented and strong leadership skill. • Integrity and good coordination skill • Cost/ Result driven with the initiative thinking • Good planning & organizing skills • Effective Negotiation skills is preferable
