** Key Scope To assist the Manager in conducting the operations and administration of the Department. To perform therapies as required to the highest possible standard while adhering to the standards prescribed in the Spa Manual. ** Treatments: 1. To prepare, clean and tidy spa premises. 2. To be fully aware of the daily booking programmed and to update any changes to the reception. 3. To check the following day’s appointments at the end of each day and to make necessary preparations accordingly. 4. To provide body massages, body treatments, facial treatments, manicures, pedicures and hair care to Spa’s guest. 5. To check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day in accordance with minimum stock levels. 6. To check Spa Card carefully for specific instructions or guest requests. 7. Replace soiled Linen in the treatment room with clean one 8. Check and clear all Spa fresh materials in the General Store. ** Guest interaction: 1. To ensure that the guest is greeted by their family name as far as possible. 2. To ensure guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring room temperature, lighting, sunlight and music level. 3. To report any guest comments or complaints to the spa Supervisor as soon as convenient. In the absence of Spa Supervisor, guest comments should be reported to the Spa Manager. ** General: 1. Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times. 2. To update the communications book on daily events if any. 3. Maintains high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. 4. Attends briefings and meetings as requested. 5. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s employee rules and regulations. 6. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety. 7. To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and own treatment room. 8. To be possible to advice and recommend the treatments to the guest and help to up-selling spa treatments. 9. To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition. 10. Reports and sends lost property to the Housekeeping office and Security office, in accordance with hotel’s procedures. 11. Attends all scheduled training, even if this should fall outside of regular working hours. 12. Performs any other reasonable tasks as directed by the superior.
