- Deliver on boarding to new employees, including training on products and sales skills - Assess training needs, training follow-ups, and refresher training to ensure knowledge retention - Create and revise training curricular and materials as necessary to maintain superior retention and performance - Ensure all training material is up-to- date and accurate - Ensure that all training reports are properly recorded - Prepare and deliver training evaluations and certificates - Assist HR Manager and other senior staff in developing and monitoring key performance indicators for training
