Jobs Description

*Job Description: -Ensures that all guests are attended to at the Front Desk. -Assists in answering inquiries pertaining to services, registration of guests, dining, entertainment, and travel directions -Deals with complaints from customers and ensures that customers are appeased. -Ensures that cash advance or cash received upon check out are handled properly by staff -Perform simple bookkeeping activities, such as balancing cash accounts when needed -Ensure all guest registration and guest checkout documents are complete and accurate. -Monitors record of room availability and guests' accounts using Room Master system. -Closely monitors inter-departmental communications. -Cooperate to review activities and devise strategies to make improvements within the department to enhance efficiency -Assist front desk manager in training, coaching and managing the team -Perform any other duties as required by the front desk manager.

Jobs Requirement

*Qualifications: -Qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management -Past relevant working experience will be an advantage -Must have good command in both English and Chinese oral and written communication -A high level of knowledge of Room Master Sytem, Excel, Word and Outlook -Proven track record of great leadership in a team environment. -Knowledge on other language is a plus
