** Hospitality Trainers (Several positions: Front Office, Housekeeping and Waiting and Beverage) ** Reports to: Directors of GSI Cambodia - Provide theoretical and practical training using participatory learning techniques include demonstration and role plays - Develop and/or adopt training materials and tools for effective use - Take part in teaching skills development program - Follow up with student performance during internship - Provide counseling to students when needed - Design testing instruments and conduct tests to assess student’s skills and knowledge - Perform other duties as assigned
