*JOB PURPOSE This position will be responsible for supporting the Group Financial Controller in full sets of accounts, financial forecasts, capital management, budgeting, and taxation. The position also require to consolidate group operating results, train and coach accountants in joint ventures. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. •Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies. •Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. •Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements. •Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product. •Prepare forecast and budget for the company. •Consolidate monthly operating results from subsidiaries and joint ventures. •Coach and train accountants in the joint venture. •Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors. •Secures financial information by completing database backups. •Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

*ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP Reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and ensure proper accounting procedures and process are adhere. *QUALIFICATIONS •Accounting degree with 5 years of accounting experience in a MNC, with regional exposure and culturally diversified environment. •Demonstrated experience in full sets of accounts, developing standards, quality management, problem solving, process improvement, cost accounting, statistical analysis, financial planning and strategy, reporting research results, requirements analysis, finance reporting, legal, tax, auditing and treasury skills will be preferred. •Highly confident, competent, sharp with numbers and great investigative skills •Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi-levels and culturally-diversified team dynamics. •Advance Excel and VBA skills are highly preferred. •Be able to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. *PHYSICAL DEMANDS Occasional travel by airplane and automobile in conducting business is necessary. Ability to communicate orally with board of directors, customers, vendors, shareholders, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial. Regular use of the telephone, e-mail and any other forms of electronic applications for communication is essential. Sitting for extended period is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Good reasoning ability is required to solve a wide range of business problems. Able to apply statistical calculation, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, and sampling theory. Able to understand and utilize financial report and legal document to conduct business. *WORK ENVIRONMENT The job is performed indoors in office setting. Activities include extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor and/or calculator.
