- Achieve the monthly set target of student enrollments - Create and implement business development strategies - Coordinate in production of a wide range of marketing communications. - Supervise the production or implementation of marketing materials. - Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications. - Maintain good communication with parents and teachers - Assist director in school operation

- At least Bachelor degree in business or related field - Previous experience at least 3 years in business development, or business management - Understanding of marketing - Good organization and attention to detail - Confident, with a persuasive manner - Enthusiastic and hungry for success and results - Ability to balance a variety of responsibilities and handle many projects simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
