1. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Business analysis: o Business requirements: Lead requirements gathering efforts and study the importance of the business case using Confluence and emit project priority level. o Business and technical specifications: Work with technical team to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications using Confluence. Work with business departments to write test cases before first product release is done. o Development: Establish the priority in term of development to deliver the product using Agile/waterfall methodologies using Jira. o QA Testing: Execute the Quality Assurances (QA) testing to ensure that the developed product meet the expectation of the business. o UAT Testing: Assist business in testing the delivered product and link to the development team for any discrepancies. o Project closure: Establish project review to make sure everyone learns from the project experience. o Current life: Make sure day to day operations using the delivered products is smooth using helpdesk system under IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. - Project management: o Kick-Off: Organize the kick-off and prepare the related executive presentation to introduce important project items such as team, plan, budget and risk. o Schedule: Coordinate with business and IT teams to develop a project schedule. o Milestones: Ensure the successful completion of required deliverables/milestones. o Meeting: Ensure a strict project follow-up and tracking by having regular project review meetings.

2. QUALIFICATIONS: - Master's degree in information systems or engineering with 3-5 years of Information Systems project analysis and management. - Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory. - Excellent hands on in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project. - Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall/Agile project methodologies. - A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on or beyond scope. - Ability to communicate effectively across a variety levels of management and individual contributors. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Strong sense of ownership, urgency, drive and customer relations experience.
