- Participate to new projects of Group Lease Asia requiring PHP technologies. - During project phase, participate to the technical design, develop and unit test the required features. - Make sure that the produced PHP code by the team is efficient, reusable, scalable, responsive, secure and reliable. - Manage the source code using source code versioning tool such as GitHub. - Review the entire technical documentation to ensure proper details are listed and usable. - Help to establish and adhere to development standards and best practices. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. - Participate to the support of live applications by fixing issues and implementing new small features. - Other tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor degree in Computer science or equivalent with good Math and Logic. - At least 3 years’ experience in developing large scale web based n-tier applications - Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter or similar middle-tier, back-end development language experience. - Fluent in HTML 5, CSS, JS, jQuery, Ajax; Experience with Bootstrap and responsive design - 2+ years’ experience in developing applications integrating with relational (MySQL) and warehouse - Knowledge of version control tools and of developing web services - Thorough understanding of and practice in TDD, SDLC, Agile/Scrum and DevOps - Knowledge of coding standards and practices, including web accessibility standards - Excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills. - Good written and spoken English is essential; - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Highly self-motivated and self-directed; Keen attention to detail.
