+ Lead and ensure the loan application is proper executed - Review and assess loan applications submitted by Branch Manager and Sub Branch Manager to ensure the enough data and information collected including independent reference check - Ensure credit discipline and quality from branch comply to standard credit process of the company - Review financial summary of applicant prepared by branch compare to current market condition - Spot check the existence of applicant’s source of income if necessary + Identify the key credit risk and provide mitigating measure to enhance credit policy - Assist in developing and maintaining FF’s credit assessment policy (Including process & procedures, forms and required documents) and where appropriate, recommending changes to FF’s credit risk appetite for approval by the Management and the BoD. - Ensure the implementation of the credit policy and processes through the review of loan assessment by Branch Team. - Recommend in each loan proposal submitted to HoC and LCC on the risk and its mitigation process - Assist HoC to continually reassess the performance of, and where appropriate approve changes to, processes and procedures of Credit Risk to ensure continuous improvement and the maintenance of optimal standards. + Train branch staff on credit assessment process - Assist the Head of Credit in developing training materials on Credit Risk and Credit Assessment for branch staff - Assist the Training Manager in delivering training on Credit Risk and Credit Assessment to related branch staff. + Administrative and general business operations - Prepare monthly reports to Head of Credit - Share with others ideas, concerns and/or challenges - Perform other duties as and when required by superiors. - Attend training and coaching to develop skills and competencies required to take on the role - Participate in regular 1-1 with Head of Credit to discuss performance and challenges

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in a related discipline business management, finance or related. - At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and at least 1 years of experience supervising staff - Effective communication skills - Effective negotiations skills - Risk Management - High level customer service skills - Analytical and strategic thinking skills - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Good command of Khmer and English (both read and write) - Commitment to the First Finance goal, mission and values - Confident - Honest and ethical - Uses initiative
