1、Technical support for Core Network product such as MSC, MGW, HLR，GGSN，SGSN and etc., including site survey, installation, commissioning, integration, upgrading and maintenance. 2、On-site technical support with ZTE engineers / customer engineers, and provide customer guidance and technical training. 3、Be responsible to handle the technical problems occur in the network into the call center and report troubleshooting support to customer. 4、Take charge equipment engineering PAC & FAC, Cut-over, Monitoring and emergency troubleshooting. 5、On-site technical support with customer engineers, provide customer guidance and technical training. 6、Conduct other tasks assigned by head of department.

Requirements： 1、Education & Knowledge 1）Bachelor’s Degree or above in computer field, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering or related fields. 2）Understand IP knowledge and data communication technical. 2、Skills 1）Strong learning and good team work 2）Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written English. Know Chinese will be better. 3）Good at problem solving, analytical and management skills. 4）Have the ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change. 5）Proficient in Oracle database, UNIX/Linux system, cluster operation system，good at CN product. 5）Proficient in using analysis tools such as wireshark.etc 3、 Experience 1）Be familiar with MSC/MGW/HLR/SGSN/GGSN technical, have knowledge of Core Network 2）And at least 2 year working experience in Telecom Industry. 4、 Other
