• Plan capacity, frequency , neighbor cell. • Improve GSM/UMTS/LTE network KPI by data analysis, signaling tracing, parameter configuration, interference locating. • TOP cells KPI(CSSR/TCH drop rate) improvement. • Analyze drive test log, identify the problem and recommend the physical change or logical parameter tuning. • Conduct parameters optimization based on the analysis. • Prepare the RNO report such as the KPI improvement, coverage comparison etc. • Identifies and solves non-standard technical problems related to Optimize radio network.

• 3 years of GSM/UMTS/LTE OSS KPI optimization experience is preferred. • Familiar/excellent in the theory of GSM systems. • Familiar with GSM/UMTS/LTE optimization parameters and counters. • Has ZTE GSM/UMTS/LTE network optimization experience will be preferred. • Positive mentality to accept travel in cambodia • Ready to work in pressure and flexible working hours
